Our team
Turning Point Mediation Practice (TPMP) is a broker for Independent Mediators allowing us to provide a mediator that has the right skills and background to resolve your specific issue. We take the guesswork out of selecting a mediator for you. TPMP mission is to promote dispute resolution outside of the legal system through mediation, group facilitation, negotiation, and interest-based bargaining. Our goal is to encourage institutions to take a proactive approach to conflict by contracting with a third-party entity before a conflict arises.
Letitia Brown Moore, Founder and President TPMP
Letitia Brown Moore, Founder and President of TPMP, has over thirty years of experience working with three large municipalities, a Master’s Degree in Human Services, Conflict Resolution, an Advanced Certification in Mediation, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, and registered with the State Bar of Texas, Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
